Jason Miles
QIL Chief Operating Officer
Jason spent over twelve years of his career developing emulsified fuel projects; initially as a process engineer for BP and subsequently for PDVSA, as Business Development Manager where he implemented numerous Orimulsion® projects globally. Prior to joining Quadrise in 2006 he spent two years as a Senior Oil Consultant for OpenLink. Jason has an honours degree in chemical engineering from Loughborough University and an Executive MBA from the Cass Business School in London. Jason is a chartered Chemical Engineer and is on the boards of QFI and QIL.

Simon Craige
QIL Technical Director
Simon joined the Quadrise team in 2005 after 3 years as Managing Director of a Danish oil re-refining company. Simon holds a BSc in Applied Chemistry and a PhD in Bitumen Technology. He has expert specialised knowledge of emulsion science combined with detailed commercial and technical experience of power generation technology and related engineering. Simon was part of the BP team involved in the development of the specialised technology supporting the Orimulsion venture with PDVSA. He subsequently transferred to Bitor where along with Jason he co-ordinated major commercial developments associated with the conversion of major power stations to emulsion fuels. Simon is on the board of QIL.

David Scott
QFI and QIL Financial Controller
David joined KPMG in 1998 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001. David spent seven years with KPMG, progressing to Audit Manager before leaving in 2005 to work as Finance Manager at Cable and Wireless. David then took a position as a Financial Controller at Consolidated Water Co. Ltd, a NASDAQ listed utility and engineering company, before joining Quadrise in 2011. David has a Masters degree in Physics from Durham University.

Harriet Swinerd
QFI and QIL Financial Assistant
Harriet Swinerd joined the Quadrise team in 2011 from the private equity
company Duke Street, previously to that working with online ticket
marketplace Seatwave. After studying Sports Studies at the University
of Winchester Harriet started her career in Finance with financial
publisher Taxbriefs, now owned by Centaur Media.
